Godrej Properties expands its footprint in Bengaluru’s booming residential market by acquiring land for a high-end apartment project in the city’s north zone.

In a move that underscores Bengaluru’s booming residential real estate market, Godrej Properties, a major player in the Indian developer scene, has acquired a seven-acre plot in Thanisandra, located in the city’s north zone. The land acquisition, completed through an outright purchase, paves the way for Godrej Properties to develop a high-end residential project.

This project is envisioned to comprise premium apartments catering to the discerning buyer seeking luxury living. With an estimated developable potential of approximately nine lakh square feet, the project is expected to generate a revenue potential of around Rs 1,200 crore.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Godrej Properties’ position in the key Bengaluru market, allowing them to capitalize on the strong demand for upscale residential properties in the city.

The Thanisandra locality itself has witnessed significant infrastructure development in recent times, making it an attractive proposition for both developers and homebuyers.
