The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has taken a significant step towards bolstering the residential landscape of Greater Noida. The authority has announced a new group housing scheme, offering 19 plots across strategically located sectors 17, 18, and 22D. These plots, varying in size from 2.5 to 12 acres, collectively encompass an impressive 430,000 square meters. The total reserve price for this land is pegged at approximately ₹1,407 crore.

Given the proximity to the upcoming Noida International Airport, these plots are expected to be highly sought after by developers looking to capitalize on the growing demand for housing in the region. YEIDA anticipates that the development of these plots will lead to the construction of at least 25,000 residential units, catering to a diverse range of buyers.

This initiative aligns with YEIDA’s broader goal of creating a well-rounded urban environment in Greater Noida. With the region experiencing rapid industrial and infrastructural growth, the demand for quality housing has surged. By offering these prime plots for group housing development, YEIDA is directly addressing this need and contributing to the overall development of the area.

The scheme is anticipated to attract significant investor interest and is likely to set the stage for a new wave of residential projects in Greater Noida.
