Mumbai-based real estate developer Bharat Realty Venture Pvt Ltd (BRVPL) is set to add another feather to Goa’s tourism cap. The company will commence construction of the state’s sixth Taj Hotel in the picturesque Anjuna area from September 2024. Envisioned as a luxurious retreat, the hotel will boast 170 sea-facing rooms and will be spread across a sprawling 17-acre plot.

The project, estimated to cost ₹300 crore, is expected to be completed by September 2027. This ambitious venture not only reinforces Goa’s status as a preferred destination for luxury tourism but also promises to create substantial employment opportunities for locals. As the construction phase kicks off, it will undoubtedly stimulate economic activity in the region.

The new Taj hotel is anticipated to become a landmark, attracting both domestic and international tourists. With its pristine beaches, vibrant culture, and growing infrastructure, Goa continues to be a magnet for hospitality investments, and this project is a testament to that.
