The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) has taken a proactive stance in addressing the persistent issue of delayed possession of homes. In a bid to expedite justice for aggrieved homebuyers, the authority has forwarded 250 cases related to project delays and non-compliance to the courts of adjudicating officers.
