Gurgaon’s luxury real estate market is set to witness a new entrant with Paras Buildtech’s launch of their ultra-luxury project, ‘The Manor’. In a statement released today, the developer announced plans to invest ₹490 crore in this high-rise residential project, located in the upscale Gwal Pahari area.
‘The Manor’ promises an exclusive living experience for discerning buyers. The project will feature a limited collection of only 120 spacious apartments, each boasting an impressive 4,750 square feet of living area. The residences will be designed to maximize privacy with a “two-to-core configuration.”
The project is expected to be completed by August 2028. Residents can look forward to panoramic views of the Aravalli Hills, a coveted feature in Gurugram’s luxury segment. Paras Buildtech highlights the project’s strategic location, nestled amidst prominent business hubs and offering easy connectivity to Delhi and Faridabad.
“We are launching a new ultra-luxury project in Gurugram. The price of each apartment will be around Rs 9 crore,” said Kunal Rishi, COO of Paras Buildtech, in the statement. The company expects a total revenue of ₹1,200 crore from this project, reflecting the premium positioning of ‘The Manor’.
