vels during the upcoming Diwali festival, the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) Stage 1 restrictions have been implemented in Delhi. The Environment Pollution Control Authority (EPCA) has issued guidelines to member developers of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI-NCR) to comply with these restrictions.The GRAP Stage 1 guidelines mandate several measures to reduce emissions and improve air quality. These include restrictions on construction activities, the use of diesel generators, and the burning of open fires. Member developers are required to adhere to these guidelines and implement necessary measures to mitigate their environmental impact.

While the implementation of GRAP Stage 1 restrictions may pose temporary challenges for the real estate sector, it is essential to prioritize public health and environmental well-being. By complying with the guidelines, developers can contribute to cleaner air and a healthier environment for all.
