The complaints were lodged with the Lucknow and Gautam Buddha Nagar benches of UP-RERA. The public notice serves as a final call for the authorities and builders to participate in the online hearings. Failure to appear after this notice could result in UP-RERA delivering a unilateral decision in favor of the complainants.
