UP-RERA mandates online hearings for 32 complaints filed by homebuyers against Noida/Greater Noida authorities and 18 builders, urging their participation to avoid unilateral decisions.
The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) has issued a public notice directing authorities from Noida and Greater Noida, along with 18 builders, to appear in online hearings. These hearings pertain to 32 complaints filed by homebuyers against the parties mentioned above.
The complaints were lodged with the Lucknow and Gautam Buddha Nagar benches of UP-RERA. The public notice serves as a final call for the authorities and builders to participate in the online hearings. Failure to appear after this notice could result in UP-RERA delivering a unilateral decision in favor of the complainants.
